By creating an account or using a Slyyyde Taps card, tap page, or RSVP link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Slyyyde Taps.

Slyyyde Taps is a relationship-attribution and membership platform ("Slyyyde", "we", or "us"). Members receive NFC cards linked to public profiles, may submit deals for attribution, and may earn commissions on confirmed deals at rates set and recorded at confirmation time by Slyyyde.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account registration does not guarantee membership approval or access to deal attribution features, which are subject to separate review.

• Deal submissions must be truthful and describe real, completed or in-progress transactions.
• All deals are subject to review. Slyyyde has sole discretion to confirm or reject any submitted deal.
• Commission percentages are set and locked at confirmation time and recorded per deal. The commission rate and basis are displayed in your dashboard at the time of confirmation.
• Commission payouts are processed manually. There is no guaranteed payment timeline. Payouts may be withheld pending identity verification, tax form collection, or dispute resolution.
• Deal commissions may be reversed or reclaimed if the underlying transaction is cancelled, charged back, refunded, or found to be fraudulent after payout.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. We may issue tax reporting forms (e.g., 1099-NEC) where required by applicable law.
• Fraudulent deal submissions result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending and historical commissions.
• Self-referrals, coordinated submission fraud, and duplicate deal submissions are prohibited and may result in termination without prior notice.

Commission payments do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Slyyyde. You are an independent participant using the platform.

If you affirmatively opt in, you authorize Slyyyde Taps to send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages may concern introductions, relationship verification, account or security activity, campaign activity, and reward or payout status. This program does not send third-party promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or email devante@slyyydetaps.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing a mobile number you control and for notifying us if that number changes. Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you believe a deal confirmation, commission calculation, or payout decision was made in error, you may submit a dispute by emailing devante@slyyydetaps.com within 60 days of the disputed event. Include your account email, the deal reference, and supporting documentation. We will review and respond within 30 days. Our decision is final.

You agree not to:

• Submit false deals, RSVPs, or connection data
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate another member or misrepresent affiliation
• Collect or harvest data about other members without their knowledge or consent

Physical cards remain functional only while the linked member record is active. We may deactivate cards and profiles for terms violations. You may request deactivation of your own card at any time by contacting us.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Slyyyde is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Before filing a legal claim, you and Slyyyde Taps agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and allow at least 30 days for a response. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page and, where practical, communicated via email.
