By creating an account or using a Slyyyde Taps card, tap page, or RSVP link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Slyyyde Taps is a deal-attribution and membership platform operated by Slyyyde Ventures. Members receive NFC cards linked to public profiles, may submit deals for attribution, and may earn commissions on confirmed deals at rates set by Slyyyde Ventures.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Deal submissions must be truthful and describe real transactions.
• All deals are subject to review. Slyyyde Ventures has sole discretion to confirm or reject a submitted deal.
• Commission percentages are set at confirmation time and recorded per deal. Payouts are made via the method recorded in the payout record.
• Fraudulent submissions result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.

You agree not to:

• Submit false deals, RSVPs, or connection data
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate another member or misrepresent affiliation

Physical cards remain functional only while the linked member record is active. We may deactivate cards and profiles for terms violations. You may request deactivation of your own card at any time.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Slyyyde Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
